Shipping policy

Made to order
Every piece is printed or embroidered after you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Larger items like backpacks and all-over-print bags can take a little longer.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Orders are produced and shipped from our fulfilment partner's facility closest to you, so items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed, especially around holidays and for international orders.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These fees are set by your local customs office, aren't included in our prices, and are paid by you when the package arrives.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email brownekhyle@gmail.com right away and we'll try to update it before it ships.
