How long until my order ships?

Every NiiFTF piece is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days, and larger items like backpacks and all-over-print bags can take a little longer. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. A few items ship to selected countries only; if an item can't reach your address, checkout will tell you before you pay. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Each item is made at the production facility closest to you that makes it, so orders with several items can arrive separately.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

International orders may be charged duties or taxes by your country. These aren't included in our prices and are paid on delivery.

Can I return or exchange something?

Because everything is made for you, we can't take returns for change of mind or wrong size. If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you. See the refund policy for details.

How do I choose my size?

Each product page lists its fit and materials. Our Logo Hoodie runs small, so size up. If you're between sizes on anything else, get in touch before you order and we'll help.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Only within 1 hour of placing it, since production starts quickly. Contact us straight away.

Which phones do the cases fit?

iPhone 14 through iPhone 18, and Samsung Galaxy S23 through S26 including Plus and Ultra. Pick your model on the product page.

How do I care for my pieces?

Wash printed apparel inside out on cold and hang to dry to keep the print sharp. Don't iron directly on the print.
